Room Addition & Custom Home Design
How to get a design set of plans for your addition

From a preliminary sketch, to a modified version... then a completed working set of drawings, Keima will start building your new dream home. Every stage of home remodeling is very important to achieve a perfect job. Many jobs that we bid, the client has already had their plans drawn and this creates a huge problem. The budget that was set for the job has just gone out the window due to 'over designing'.
There is a good reason why you should choose your contractor and designer at the same time and be sure they have a good working relationship to ensure that from the starting of your plans, to the finish, your job will be designed to fit your budget.

Here is a project we just completed in Huntington Beach for the Piechowski family in Huntington Harbor. This was a complete tear down and new custom home. This is what we will show you before we start building so that you have a great understanding of what your new dream home will look like.
