Keima Construction intends to provide an informational website and resource for adults over the age of 18 in the state of California. This site is a place where Homeowner Users (individuals, groups or businesses searching for home improvement services) may find helpful tips and locate contractors in their area.

Disclaimer: The information on this site and all parts of the Keima Construction site is for information purposes only. Though we have researched all the sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of the information contained in this web site, we assume no responsibility for errors, omissions or any other inconsistency herein. Keima Construction 'is not' a referral based website or service. This site is a links directory for anyone to use to locate Contractors in the area. The end user must follow through with further and up to date background checks on any contractor they use regardless if they found the contractor or material supplier on our site, the yellow pages or on an internet search.

All Users of the Keima Construction website confirm they are at least 18 years of age and agree they have read and understand this agreement and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Home improvement projects each present their own unique characteristics which should be reviewed by a competent professional. Any information provided on specific Contractors is self-reported by Contractor Users (individuals, firms, service providers, material suppliers, statements made on other sites no affiliated with this site) and is provided for informational purposes only.  Keima Construction is no way acting as a general contractor, agent, or advisor to any User.  The information contained in Contractor profiles, ads or their websites is not verified by Keima Construction.  It is the responsibility of each User to verify a Contractor’s qualifications, insurance, bond and rating with the Better Business Bureau along with a background check on their company and their owners. All Users are to do their own due diligence prior to hiring a contractor. All Users agree they will use additional other resources beyond Keima Construction before making a hiring decision. 

Guarantees:  Keima Construction offers no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any service or product a service provider may provide.

Liability:   Keima Construction does not accept any liability for any harm that might result from any services or products offered by a service provider, statements presented or usage of this website.

Disputes:   Any dispute that may arise between any Users are to be directed between the particular User parties involved.  Keima Construction and any of its agents are hereby released from any damages or claims arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.  

Information Sharing:  Information and content provided on Keima Construction is for its Users usage only.  No information or content may be copied by any means and shared with non-Users and any attempt to profit by any of the information contained on this website is strictly forbidden.

Changes to Service and Agreement:   Keima Construction may from time to time without notice change, add, or remove certain features of our website or amend this Agreement.

External Websites:   The Keima Construction website may contain links to outside websites.  These outside websites are the responsibility of their particular owners and not the responsibility of Keima Construction.

Agreements for Contractor Users:   Contractor Users agree to provide true and accurate information regarding their profiles and keep them current.  Contractor Users agree they meet minimum membership requirements which include: at least five years experience with their specific trade or specialty; abide by all laws and regulations within their jurisdiction; acquire and maintain all required licenses, insurance, certifications, and credentials; only work within their scope of abilities; and pledge to be professional and courteous with everyone involved with Keima Construction.  Contractor Users acknowledge that Keima Construction cannot guarantee the amount of requests for service or sales earned while participating with this website.  Contractor Users agree to be contacted by email and any means provided within their profile by Homeowner Users and Keima Construction. 

Agreements for Homeowner Users:  Homeowner Users agree to only request bids or estimates from Contractor Users for products or services they intend to purchase or hire within 90 days.  Users acknowledge that Keima Construction doesn’t guarantee there will be service providers available, qualified or willing to perform services within their geographic area.  Homeowner Users agree to receive email and other communications from Keima Construction, and Contractors regarding their home improvement needs.

Termination:   Keima Construction may terminate or temporarily suspend any Users access to this website or cancel any Contractor Users profile, ads or articles without notice or ramification for failure to comply with any terms or conditions of this Agreement or for not using the website for its intended purposes. Contractor Users may have their accounts terminated if we receive complaints by either the User or any State or other local agency whether in writing or oral.

Payment:   Contractor User agrees to remit payment for any and all fees according to the current fee schedule.   Contractor User acknowledges that Keima Construction does not offer any refunds on advertising. Your sign up term is one full year from the date you sign up.

Notification of Change: Keima Construction may revise or change this agreement at any time without notice. The current User Agreement will be posted on this web site.

Privacy Policy:  Users agree they have viewed Keima Construction's  Privacy Policy.
